We are a licensed property management and Vacation Rental Company in beautiful Cape Coral and have been in business for over 10 years. We procure homes in the vicinity of Cape Coral, working as advertising agents on behalf of our satisfied homeowners and repeat clients.

Sunny Cape Homes is the point of contact and managing partner between owner and guest. We will gladly contact you if you are interested in a vacation and are happy to assist you in selection and availability.

From the moment you arrive you will be well taken care of. If you’d like we’ll personally introduce you to your holiday home and review the surrounding areas activities and events. We are happy to give you helpful tips in English and German!

One of the most important advantages for our guests is a reliable contact person to assist when you need assistance. We are in Cape Coral all year round and are almost always just minutes away.

Our office is open 5 days a week, but we are available 24/7 via phone or WhatsApp for any concerns or urgent questions you may have. Short questions and concerns can always be clarified quickly and personally and we are happy to help.

Please note that we are committed to offering you quality appliances and furnishings, but cannot guarantee items will never break. We are a busy management company constantly hosting guests from around the world and at times these items get plenty of love! However, we promise to always take care of any issues with our full commitment to you and your guests having a worry-free vacation.

As a reputable property management company in SWFL we have access to resources in case repairs or purchases are necessary. On occasion more complex repairs may take a bit longer, but we are committed to ensuring your experience is as flawless as possible.
